Los fabricantes e importadores de equipos el\u00e9ctricos y electr\u00f3nicos est\u00e1n obligados a registrarse como \"fabricantes de RAEE\" y a cumplir los requisitos de presentaci\u00f3n de informes y recuperaci\u00f3n.
