Usage of lever type wire connectors

Wire connectors provide you with an easy way to make safe and stable connections to wires. At the same time, it makes an otherwise complex and technical project very simple.

All wire connector types are designed to create a safe connection between wires and prevent them from coming into contact with anything that could cause a short circuit. They are necessary to make any wiring connections, including the installation of electrical outlets, light switches, ceiling fans, light fixtures, etc.

Past wire connectors have had minimum and maximum wire gauges they can handle, and usually the connection they can accept is more stringent. Now the lever wire connector solves this problem perfectly and can accept wiring in the range of 28-12AWG, fully satisfying everyday use.

Lever wire connectors are very easy to install.
Use wire strippers to remove the insulation from the wire. Make sure to match the wire gauge to the correct slot on the tool. Note that stranded wire is slightly thicker than solid wire of the same gauge – many wire strippers have slots marked accordingly for both solid and stranded wire.
Do not strip too much of the insulation. Make sure the stripped portion of the wire is covered by the connector.
Make sure the wire ends are clean, undamaged and straight.
After installing the lever wire connectors, pull each wire slightly to ensure that the connectors hold them securely.
Makes the otherwise responsible and tedious wiring super easy.
