How long can I return the items?
- Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
- Must include a valid original purchase order number from xalxmaw.com. Purchases made outside of xalxmaw.com must contact respective seller for returns.
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.
- If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. XALXMAW is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.
- The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.
* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.
How do I apply for an after-sales?
Sign into your XALXMAW account.
Find the order in My Orders, click the “Return & Exchange” button.
Select the item(s) you would like and the reason(s) to request the refund/return.
We’ll be in touch with solutions after we receive your information.
To return a package, please contact our Customer Service for a return address. Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package.
Please make sure you don’t include items not from XALXMAW by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours
For some debit and credit card refunds to the original payment account cannot be made. In such cases, we will request customers to provide us with a PayPal account in their name to complete refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
